Question	:	is this compatible with the medela pump? can i store the milk bottles in the freezer?
Answer	:	Yes, all Medela breast pumps are compatible with all brands of standard (traditional) baby bottles. When freezing or refrigerating expressed breast milk it is best to store it in clear, hard plastic bottles or glass containers with tight fitting lids or in breast milk freezer bags designed for breast milk storage. Storing milk in disposable bottle liners is not recommended. Since these bags are not intended for storage, they may not preserve the nutritional value of the expressed breast milk. When milk is stored in plastic bags, all of the air can be expressed out which reduces the likelihood of freezer burn. We recommend using breastmilk storage bags when storing milk in the freezer. These bags are specifically designed for breastmilk freezer storage, and they take up considerably less space in your freezer. Additionally, since bags can be frozen flat, they allow for quicker thawing.

Answer	:	Yes, you can fit all 6 storage bottles in the Cool "N Carry kit, dimensions of the kit are roughly 5x6x6 1/2"

Answer	:	It's ok to use these in the freezer, but we recommend you use a storage container made for the freezer such as the Ameda Mother's Milk freezer bags. They are made to be stored in the freezer and has an area so that you can label the date and time you pumped.

I bought two of these, (my pump didn't come with any), but I didn't realize that they came with bottles too! I thought I was just getting the coolers and ice packs. I hear from a lot of people though, that I will be happy I have extras. I got two cooler totes because I figured I needed one with me and the pump at work, and I would send the other with my husband and son to daycare so that during the 40 minute commute the milk won't get warm. As long as I was already paying a flat shipping rate, it was worth the extra money for the added convenience.

I have the whole set and I think it is an excelent product. I am in school and needed somthing that I could carry with me and not have to worry about the milk. Plus its compact.
