Review by mom of 3Rating These are super thin and super absorbent! I produce a lot of milk and I never leak, I have used other pads and will not go back. These don't have plastic in them so, your breasts can breathe. I took one star away because they do move, but usually by the time they move I'm getting ready to feed so I'd have to adjust anyway.
