Playtex Petite Double Electric Breast Pump

This is an excellent pump. It expresses milk comfortably & quickly. It is easy to set up & to clean. It a great pump for a great price.

At first, it didn't work so well, but after a while, it started working and in less than ten minutes I had already collected 3 ounces My only complain would be that it is too loud.

This pump is a good investment. I tried using this pump to release engorgement and it didn't work. After my milk has let down I tried using it again before I called to complain to the company.
It worked wonderfully and is still working great. It is very comfortable. I recommend to relax and let the milk come down before using.
The pump worked well now since my milk supply has released. Yet once again it did not relieve my engorgement. I worked very hard the first week with my daughter to get the engorgement to let down. Now I pump 1-3 times a day and I get about 3-4 oz.

I have a newborn baby girl and im having trouble breastfeeding. So i went to the store to buy a pump so that when i did have trouble, i could pump and feed her that way. But the stupid pump wont even pump an ounce of milk. I will never buy a playtex pump ever again!

I bought this pump in an emergency one day. I had gone to work and forgot a part to my normal breast pump. So, I went to Walmart to buy a small pump. I had the option of a single smaller pump for $30-$35 or this one which is much more expensive. After rationalizing that it would be good to have a more expensive pump, I bought this one. Worst mistake ever. I hooked up to it for 15 minutes and couldn't get the suction or power to express 1 ounce of milk. I produced more, expressing by hand. When I tried to return it to Walmart, they told me they couldn't take it back. Upon calling Playtex, their best option was to try to troubleshoot over the phone with me. Seriously?!?!? A company of that size can't offer a better resolution than that? They said that regardless, they will not, under any circumstances take back a pump once the seal has been broken. How are you supposed to know that it doesn't work before you open it?
My second child is 8 mos old & I plan to have a 3rd. I will never buy another Playtex item.

At first I loved my Playtex breast pump. But after a couple weeks of frequent use the suction began to deminish, and the conector to the plastic tubing started to rip. Its extremely load. My Husband laughs at me becuase he knows everytime I pump (when I'm up stairs with the door shut and the downstairs TV is on)!! I would not reccommend this pump to any mommy!

I feel that this is a good pump. I like that you can pump both sides or just one side and that you can pump in regular and wide bottles. I am able to pump comfortably without any pinching. My only complaint is that it is kinda noisy. When I pump at work I stick it in my desk drawer to kinda muffle the sound. Otherwise I find that it is a good pump that gets the job done.

I’ve only had this pump just about 3 weeks now so I’m still trying to adjust to pumping and using this pump. I must say that it is annoying how loud it is when its on but at the same time it does pump out my milk so I guess it’s a trade off. After getting this pump I wondered if I should have shelled out the extra cash for the Embrace model because the highest speed on this pump doesn’t always seem to be fast enough for me. Other than that for the price I paid I feel that this is a good pump.
