Review by KimmyRating This bra works great! I pump 5-7 times per day. The openings hold the flanges in place so it is truly hands free. The system fits over my nursing bra; a must as I will be going back to work and wanted to avoid taking a bra on and off. I would recommend sticking to the size chart (I was a 34A before pregnancy and now fit into a 34C; I bought the small size and it works very well).
