Hygeia’s Total Compatibility Guarantee
The Hygeia EnJoye is guaranteed to be fully compatible with your pumping needs. To ensure that you are satisfied 100%, Hygeia has extended a Total Compatibility Guarantee to all customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your Hygeia pump purchase, you can return it within 21 days of the purchase date.
We are only able to accept returns on Hygeia pumps that were originally purchased at Breast Pumps Direct. A return authorization number and return address must be obtained from Breast Pumps Direct prior to sending the pump back. To request return authorization information, you may contact us by email, live chat or our customer service line.
Pumps that are returned within 21 days of purchase will be issued store credit that is valid at all Comit Stores. The issued credit will be less the cost of the personal accessory set ($35) and the original shipping costs. We suggest that you ship your return through a service that provides package tracking because we cannot issue store credit for returns that have been lost in shipping.
When packaging your Hygeia pump to send back to us, you should not include the personal accessory set or any other items that have come in contact with breastmilk.
The Total Compatibility Guarantee does not cover pumps that were purchased more than 21 days ago, defective pumps or unopened Hygeia pumps.
Opened pumps that were purchased more than 21 days ago will not receive store credit. Defective pumps are not covered by the Total Compatibility Guarantee. If your pump has a defect, a warranty claim should be made with Hygeia. Unopened Hygeia pumps are covered by our standard 60-Day return policy.
