1. How are you able to offer products at such low prices?
   We purchase all of our stock in large quantities to receive the best prices available, and we are able to pass the savings on to you.
2. Do you sell used breast pumps?
   No. All of our breast pumps are shipped in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging. Breast pumps are considered personal care items and should not be shared with other mothers. We only sell new breast pumps to ensure that the health of you and your baby is protected.
3. How can I be sure that I am buying the right breast pump?
   There isn’t one right breast pump for each mother. Each has her own likes and dislikes that will help her to choose the right pump for her lifestyle. The best way to choose the right breast pump is to do your research. Read product reviews and articles to find out what type of pump will be best for you. 4. Which breast pump brand is the best?
   At Breast Pumps Direct, we only sell the best quality breast pumps and breastfeeding products. Determining which pump is the best is really up to you. Our breast pump comparison chart can help you to decide which pump will best meet your needs.
5. How will my order be shipped? 

   Breast Pumps Direct ships orders to the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Please note that orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day.

   Free Ground Shipping is available for all continental U.S. orders totaling $70 or more.

   U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx; therefore, a physical address is needed because FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

   Orders to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico are shipped via the United States Postal Service. International shipping with the USPS takes between 4 and 10 days. Please keep in mind that all international orders must be cleared through the customs department of the destination country before they are delivered.

6. What is your return policy?
   At Breast Pumps Direct, we have a 60 day no questions asked return policy for all of our merchandise. Please read our full return policy before sending any items back to us.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged breast pump?
   If an item in your order was damaged during shipping, please call our customer service line within 48 hours and have your order information readily available.
    
   Any item with a manufacturers defect should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
8. What should I do if I have questions before or after purchasing a breast pump from your website?
   We are happy to answer any questions that you may have. Simply click on the Live Help link on the left side or you can call our customer service line for assistance.
    
   If you have questions regarding a breastfeeding problem that you encounter we strongly urge you to seek the assistance of a local lactation consultant. You can find a list of certified lactation consultants at the International Lactation Consultant Association website at www.ilca.org.

9. Are your prices listed in US dollars?

    Yes, all of our prices are listed in US dollars. The billing for your order will also be in US dollars even if you place an international order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it for processing.

10. Will sales tax be applied to my order?

     Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to Louisiana. Please note that state and applicable local taxes will be applied to all orders shipped to Louisiana addresses.
