    We purchase all of our stock in large quantities to receive the best prices available, and we are able to pass the savings on to you.

    No. All of our breast pumps are shipped in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging. Breast pumps are considered personal care items and should not be shared with other mothers. We only sell new breast pumps to ensure that the health of you and your baby is protected.

    There isn’t one right breast pump for each mother. Each has her own likes and dislikes that will help her to choose the right pump for her lifestyle.     Breast Pumps Direct ships orders to addresses within the United States only. Please note that orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day.
    Free Ground Shipping is available for all continental U.S. orders totaling $70 or more.
    Please note that our free shipping offer as well as other shipping offers such as flat rate shipping only apply to orders shipped to the 48 continental states and the District of Columbia.
    Orders are shipped via FedEx; therefore, a physical address is needed because FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
  6. What is your return policy?
    At Breast Pumps Direct, we have a 60 day no questions asked return policy for all of our merchandise. Please read our full return policy before sending any items back to us.
  7. What should I do if I receive a damaged breast pump?
    If an item in your order was damaged during shipping, please call our customer service line within 48 hours and have your order information readily available.
    Any item with a manufacturers defect should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
